Two former Gestapo officers were sentenced to the gallows this week-end for the murder of Jews at the Dachau and Kaufering concentration camps. Judgement was passed by an American military tribunal here.
The condemned men are Anton Stingel maginer and Franz Milenz. A third Gestapo officer, Max Leengenfelder, received life imprisonment for the same crime.
