Ruth Silverman, 16, of 2052 Harrison avenue, and Jean Silver, 20, of 329 East 178th street, Bronx, were discharged yesterday by Magistrate Anna Moscowitz Kross at the Sixth District Magistrate’s Court, Bronx. Magistrate Kross ruled that charges of picketing and creating a disturbance before the delicatessen of H. Engelmann, 6 East Burnside avenue, were based on insufficient evidence. One of the girls is a senior in high school while the other is unemployed. They were defended by Abram Rothfeld of 30 Broad street.
