The Jewish Telegraphic Agency today received a list giving the names of 200 Jewish survivers in the liberated city of Grodno, where 45,000 Jews lived before the outbreak of the war.
The list was compiled by three Grodno Jews and sent to the Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee in Moscow. Some of the 200 surviving Jews have been in hiding for more than two years in the neighboring woods. Others fought in partisan detachments. The compilers of the list of survivors are Dr. H. M. Blumstein, Abe Tarlovsky and M. Trachtenberg.
