Two Israeli Arab seminary students are suspected of planning a stabbing spree against Jews. According to the indictment served against the two men in Haifa District Court on Wednesday, the Arab students were arrested while searching for victims hitchhiking on the highway near their Islamic seminary at Umm el-Fahm.
