Two Israeli civilians were killed yesterday when their vehicle struck a plastic mine planted on a dirt road near Kibbutz Ein Hashlosha adjacent to the Gaza Strip. The victims were identified as Nathan Taft of Rehovoth and Tzvi Balta of Tel Aviv. Security forces are investigating the mining which occurred near the Deir el Balah and Khan Yunis refugee camps in the Gaza Strip.
