Phyllis and Robert Rosenthal, a young married couple who are employed as attorneys on the American war crimes staff, have collected $1,000 and gifts worth $500 from members of the staff of the international tribunal for displaced Jewish children. The couple said they thought the children needed Chanukah presents.
