Two Jewish Leaders Elected to Board of Directors of Jewish Telegraphic Agency

S. Ralph Lazrus of New York and Albert H. Lieberman of Philadelphia, well known Jewish communal leaders, have been elected members of the board of directors of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.

Mr. Lazrus is a member of the board of directors of the United Jewish Appeal in New York City, vice-president of the United Palestine Appeal, a member of the board of the Weizmann Institute of Science and chairman of the board of the Jewish Statistical Bureau.

Mr. Lieberman is chairman of the executive council and vice-chairman of the national council of the Joint Distribution Committee; a member of the board of the Joint Defense Appeal, the National Refugee Service, the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds; a member of the administrative committee of the American Jewish Committee; vice-president of the Allied Jewish Appeal in Philadelphia and a member of the board of numerous Philadelphia Jewish community institutions.
