Two Jews—Walter Sondheim and Dr. Jacob H. Hollander—are among five Baltimoreans appointed by George W. Taylor, chairman of the Regional Labor Board, to settle labor disputes here.
Mr. Sondheim is vice-president of Hochschild, Kohn & Co., which operates one of the largest department stores here. He was selected to represent employers or industry.
Dr. Hollander, who is professor of political economy at the Johns Hopkins University, was named impartial chairman.
