Two leading local Jewish Women’s organizations have elected new officers at their annual meetings.
The National Council of Jewish Women elected Mrs. Armin Rosenberg, president; Mrs. Morris Stern, first vice president; Mrs. Benjamin Saltzstein, second vice president; Mrs. Herbert Newman, third vice president; Mrs. Daniel Glasgow, recording secretary; Mrs. Edgar Herzberg, corresponding secretary; Mrs. Albert Oberndorfer, local secretary; Miss Alma Patek, financial secretary; Mrs. Julius Judell, treasurer, and Mrs. Albert Newald, auditor.
The National Council of Jewish Juniors re-elected Miss Rose J. Czech as president. Other officers named were: Viola Michaelson, first vice president; Dorothy M. Goodsitt, second vice president; Janet Hirshberg, corresponding secretary; Minnette Luban, recording secretary; Betty Shimon, financial secretary; Rose Goodman, treasurer, and Dorothy B. May, auditor.
