Two men were indicted for allegedly desecrating a Jewish cemetery in eastern France in April 2004. They were charged last Friday with desecration, damaging a cemetery, abusing public services, praising war crimes and incitement to racism, District Attorney Pascal Schultz told the AFP news service.
