Two more Arabs have been arrested in West Germany in connection with the bombings of Israel-bound Austrian and Swiss airliners last Feb. 21. The arrests were disclosed to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency by Norbert Oberle, the attorney general in Karisruhe. He said he could not reveal the Arabs’ names because the case is still under investigation. But he said that evidence linked them with a secret terrorist organization believed responsible for the fatal crash of the Swiss air jet at Zurich and the forced landing of an Austrian airliner at Frankfurt.
