Two Muslim countries are interested in imitating an Israeli charity network. Israel’s Foreign Ministry said Sunday it had been approached by Senegal and Mauritania with requests for information on Yad Sarah, which provides subsidized medical equipment and rehabilitation programs to needy patients. A senior Yad Sarah representative is expected to fly to the two countries soon to help them set up local models.
