The famous German-Jewish theatrical pair, Fritzi Massary and Max Pallenberg, the latter known as the “Chaplin of Europe,” have entered into a contract with Gilbert Miller to appear next autumn in New York for a five weeks’ engagement at the Empire Theatre.
Both are loyal Jews and interested in the Palestine situation. They recently took part in the celebration in honor of the “Habimah” arranged by the Jewish community of Berlin.
