Since the advent of Hitlerism in Germany with the resulting persecution and flight of the Jews, at least two other agreements between Palestine and Nazi Germany have been signed.

One provided for an increase in the import of Palestine oranges to Germany in return for purchases of German goods, particularly heavy machinery. The other permitted German Jews leaving for Palestine to take part of their capital with them in the form of German goods.
