Two Palestinian rockets landed near an Israeli border town. The Kassam rockets fired Wednesday by Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip struck an open field outside Sderot, causing no casualties. But locals complained that a radar system unveiled in the town earlier this month failed to detect the launches and alert residents to go to shelters. Hamas said the salvo marked the third anniversary of the first Kassam it produced.
