Two Russian hard-line lawmakers who created an uproar last year by blaming the country’s problems on Jews announced they are leaving the Communist Party. Albert Makashov and Viktor Ilyukhin said they would campaign under the banner of the left-wing Movement in Support of the Army in parliamentary elections to be held in December.
