Two top U.S. envoys will return to the Middle East to meet with Israelis and Palestinians. John Wolf, President Bush’s envoy in the region, and David Satterfield, the assistant deputy secretary of state for Near East affairs, will travel to the region within weeks, a State Department official said. Wolf has not visited the region since October, when a bombing attack in the Gaza Strip killed three guards with his delegation.
