The members of the 120-man United Jewish Appeal mission from the United States today continued their inspection tour of institutions in this country supported by the Joint Distribution Committee through Malben, the social welfare network maintained here by the JDC for aged, sick and handicapped immigrants. The mission also visited ORT installations in Israel.
Tonight, the members of the mission met again with leaders of the Israel Government, to be apprised of current problems of immigrant absorption and Israeli expansion of its industry and agriculture. The principal speaker at tonight’s session was Minister of Agriculture Moshe Dayan.
