Members of the United Jewish Appeal study mission which will report on conditions in Israel and among Jewish recipients of UJA assistance in Europe were scheduled to confer today with Joint Distribution Committee country directors in Paris. The group, which left here Friday, consists of 34 Jewish leaders from all parts of the U.S. Samuel Gingold of New Haven, Connecticut, who was scheduled to be a member of the group, did not go.
