The inter-departmental committee sent up by the United Nations to survey the question of the use of Jordan River waters has wound up its work, it was announced here today. The committee was headed by Dr. Ralph Bunche, former mediator between Israel and the Arab states, who brought about the conclusion of the Arab-Israel armistice agreements.
