The fight against racial discrimination in the United States through legislation is described in a new volume just published here by the United Nations Educational Social and Cultural Organization. The volume, entitled “Racial Equality and the Law,” was written for UNESCO by Prof. Monroe Berger of Princeton University, a former member of the AJC staff.
