John Davis, the Commissioner General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, has prematurely released to Jordan a report on the Arab refugees which he will submit to the UN General Assembly session in September, it was learned here today. Mr. Davis’ partiality toward Jordan became known when the Jordan radio began quoting from his report prior to its proper submittal to the General Assembly.
Mr. Davis’ conclusion, reportedly, was that all plans involving dispersal of Palestinian Arab refugees and their resettlement in host countries have failed because of the refugees insistence on returning to Israel “their usurped homeland.”
