The Middle East regional conference of the World Health Organization, which was originally scheduled to take place in Alexandria and which was postponed because the Israel delegation was not permitted to participate, will be held in Geneva beginning Oct. 12, it was announced today. Two members of the Ministry of Health, as well as Dr. A. Kahany, permanent Israel delegate in Geneva, will constitute the Jewish state’s delegation to the parley.
