Dr. J. van Heuven Goedhart, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, told a press conference that integration in the countries of residence was the only solution to the problem of refugees. He said that about 80 percent of the refugees would have to be assimilated. The U.N. Ad Hoc Committee today continued to debate the Arab refugee problem.
