Abdel Hamid Badawi, of Egypt, one of the judges of the International Court of Justice at The Hague since it was formed in 1946, was re-elected today to membership on the court for a third term.
Justice Badawi had the open support for re-election of the United States delegation, although the voting was by secret ballot. His present term expires in February, 1958, and he will continue serving until 1967.
