United Nations Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold will leave Friday for Amman, capital of Jordan to exchange views with the Government of Jordan in connection with the Jordan-Israel developments, it was announced here today.
The announcement, made by UN spokesman, said that Mr. Hammarskjold hopes to take advantage of the opportunity for personal contacts with other governments in the area, insofar as time permits. He plans to be back at UN headquarters by December 8.
