The United Nations Economic and Social Council ,decided today to consider the question of an international convention on the issuance of decided today to death of missing persons.
The proposed declarations involve the uncertified death of millions of Jews who perished in Europe at the hands of the Nazis and whose assets remain frozen due to lack of legal proof of their death. The Council will take up only procedural problems in order to work out an acceptable international formula.
