Lt. Gen. Odd Bull, chief of staff of the U.N. Truce Supervision Organization, announced in a letter to Israel and Syria, issued here today, the agenda for the extraordinary meeting of the Israeli-Syrian Mixed Armistice Commission, opening tomorrow on the border between the two countries.
Gen. Bull stated the meeting would consider “practical arrangements on problems of cultivation on the armistice demarcation line in order to secure a peaceful atmosphere on the line for farmers and civilians in the area.” Meanwhile, he requested both governments to continue observing the “unconditional cease-fire.”
