United Nations truce supervisor Gen. William E. Riley today announced that he will visit Mt. Scopus, held by Israeli forces, tomorrow to inspect the installations there. He told a press conference here that he would not be accompanied by Jordan representatives.
In the course of questioning by newspapermen, it was learned that Gen. Riley had urged both parties to re-establish the special commission on Jerusalem and the Holy Places as provided for in the Israel-Jordan armistice pact.
