U.S. entry permits for some 200 to 300 Jewish refugees from Shanghai now in this country will not be extended and the refugees may be forced to leave the U.S., according to a letter from Commissioner of Immigration Watson B. Miller, received today by the World Jewish Congress here. Many of the refugees face return to Austria, the country of their origin.
