U.S. Christian leaders are backing a congressional resolution that says holy sites in Israel and the Palestinian territories should remain under Israeli protection. The Senate bill, introduced by Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-S.C.) and backed by the Christian Coalition and the Zionist Organization of America, calls for holy sites to be protected from desecration and open to visitors of all faiths.
