Administration officials at Washington are concerned over the expulsion of Jews from Bavaria and confiscation of their property, says a special Washington dispatch to the New York World today.
Reports of the expulsion were circulated exclusively by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.
Administration officials indicated, the report continues, the United States could hardly intervene unless American citizens were among those expelled.
The State Department has no confirmation of the reports and no action is expected, it is added.
