Regulations provide that a request must be received from the displaced person Special post cards will be distributed to them for this purpose by the United States and Red Cross authorities. Persons in the United States receiving these cards ast present them at local post offices for acceptance of letters or parcels for maildrop. The post offices will decide the proper form of addressing mail to displaced persens and further information about the service.
