The American Association for the United Nations today named Jacob Blaustein, prominent American Jewish leader, as chairman for the observance of the 10th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The anniversary will be observed on December 10, the date when the declaration was adopted ten years ago by the United Nations General Assembly.
