A campaign for $300,000 to found and erect a dental school at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem will be launched here tomorrow at a conference of national officers of Alpha Omega, national dental fraternity. The 6,000 members of the group, half of whom live in the New York area, have just concluded a four-day session devoted to a survey of fraternity activities.
