A Delegation of Jews will sail for Moscow on July 14 on good-will tour of Russia. The trip is intended as gesture of thanks for action by the Soviet in granting autonomy to Biro-Bidjan, now a Jewish state which may ultimately house German-Jewish exiles.
A committee of experts in industry and agriculture, headed by Professor John T. Madden of New York University, will undertake a special survey of Biro-Bidjan to view the opportunity offered Jews.
