U.S. legislators are calling on President Clinton to pressure Jordan to turn over to Germany the admitted mastermind behind the 1972 Munich Olympics massacre. A letter signed by 42 House Republicans and Democrats urges Clinton to demand that Jordan’s King Abdullah turn over Abu Daoud for prosecution, adding that “failure to do so could adversely affect future aid to Jordan.”
