U.S. Middle East envoy Dennis Ross called on both Israel and the Palestinians to begin implementing the Wye peace accord the two sides signed last month. Ross’ comments come after he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat over the weekend.
