U.S. Middle East envoy Dennis Ross held a series of weekend meetings with Israeli and Palestinian leaders in an effort to get the two sides to advance the peace process. The inconclusive talks came amid signs of increasing American frustration with the stalemated talks. Ross was slated to visit Egypt on Monday before returning for additional talks in Israel.
