U.S. Middle East envoy Dennis Ross will join a Washington think tank after President Clinton leaves office later this month. Ross’ first major project at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy will be to chronicle his personal experiences as he worked to build Israeli-Palestinian peace during the past 15 years, dating back to when he was first appointed to a government post by President Reagan.
