Henry L. Kraushar, national chairman of the Bar-Ilan University Building Committee of the Mizrachi Organization of America, departed by air today for Israel to complete arrangements for the start of construction on the first buildings of the projected academic institution, which is being established under Mizrachi auspices as the first religious university in the Jewish State.
Dr. Pinkhos Churgin, American Mizrachi president, declared that Mr. Kraushar had been dispatched on his mission “because the stage has been reached in plans for the Bar-Ilan University which makes it urgent that existing plans be coordinated immediately in order to assure the prompt start of construction.”
