U.S. officials want to revoke the citizenship of an Iowa man who guarded a Nazi concentration camp. In a complaint filed July 24, the U.S. Department of Justice is trying to deport John Hansl, claiming he lied about his military history when he applied for a U.S. visa in 1955. Hansl said U.S. officials knew about his past when they gave him the visa.
