Warner Jordan, American oil engineer, who returned today on the Exochorda after spending 14 months in Palestine as construction foreman on an oil refinery, said that there “never was any trouble between the Arabs and the Jews,” but “the British stirred up trouble between the Arabs and the Jews in order to keep control of the country.”
