U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright “has not changed in any way, shape or form” her plans to travel to the Middle East later this month, State Department spokesman James Rubin said Wednesday. His comments came in reaction to reports that Albright may delay her planned visit to the Middle East because of an impasse in Israeli-Palestinian peacemaking.
