The Jewish Agency announced today that it has purchased the building adjoining the one it new occupies in order to provide apace for expanded operations, including the establishment of an economic department to promote private capital investment in Israel.
Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the American section of the Agency, explained that the step was taken as a result of the extensive expansion and reorganization of the Agency’s programs.
