The United States supplied $51 million worth of military assistance to Middle East states including some which were hostile to Israel, but no military aid went to Israel, it was revealed here today in a report transmitted to Congress by President Eisenhower.

The report, a semi-annual study of Mutual Security operations, revealed that the assistance to the Arab and other states was arranged by Ambassador James Richards under the Eisenhower Doctrine. Among the items shipped were tanks, other vehicles, electronics equipment, ammunition and military construction.
