Formation of a new national Society for Intensive Jewish Education, to advance the welfare of maximum religious education for Jewish children in the United States, was announced today by Municipal Judge Daniel Gutman.

The new society had been incorporated as a non-profit agency in New York state “as a central agency for every American Jew concerned with improvement and extension of intensive religious education, regardless of his particular Jewish viewpoint.”
