Election of delegates to the International Congress of Students against War and Fascism, to be held in Geneva during the last three days of December is urged upon American student groups by the Youth Section of the American Anti-Fascist League, according to an announcement made public here.
The Geneva parley was endorsed at the September congress of the league in Chicago.
