The U.S. has submitted a new plan for a true in all of Palestine to the Arab states, it was reliably learned here today. The proposal, which was considered by the Egyptian Cabinet last night, would establish a ceasefire throughout Palestine for a minimum of three months which could be extended very three months thereafter and would also set up a neutral administration in the country.
