The General Tire Company of Akron, Ohio, will form a company in Israel within the next few months to produce tires, it was announced here today.
The company and the Israel Finance Ministry have come to an agreement which will result in the opening of a $2,000,000 plant. Production will begin next year and production is expected to be 50,000 tires and tubes annually.
